Nina's First Challenge Entry

Nina created a card for the Digi Challenge over at Paper Playtime.  She chose to use a cute skunk by Digital Delights by Looby Lou.  She used markers, SU watercolor wonder crayons, an acrylic stamp set, DCWV paper, and some ribbon.  She trimmed the corners with Fiskars Paper Edgers.

The inside says "I love you" and is decorated with a heart.

Nina hopes you enjoy her project!

Nina's Baby Shower Card

Mommy helped me with this card.  I used a card map from Page Maps to make the layout.  I cut out a little hippo, a little kitty and a little puppy from the Create a Critter cartridge.  I used the Cuttlebug for the background.  Mommy drew the faces on the animals.  It is for Loretta for her baby shower.  Loretta is my mommy's friend, and she is gonna have a baby.

I hope you like my project (even though mommy is a terrible photographer--she says)!

Nina's Weekend Projects

Nina has been busy this weekend, creating like crazy for the special people in her life!  Her friend, Rebecca, has a birthday today, so Nina used some of her scrap goodies--a paper stack she found at Michael's for $1.47, a "relief" cut from Hello Kitty Greetings, and some Crayola Pip Squeaks glitter glue to create a fun card.  She also used some stretch cord and beads from her stash to make a bracelet.

She also absolutely adores her older brother, Ben.  She is constantly creating stuff to send to him.  Todays creation is a card that features Octopi from Create a Critter, her favorite cartridge.  She made the card from vellum and put it through the Sizzix Textured Impressions with the Cuttlebug Stars folder.  She added velvet ribbon and colored the stars in Ben's favorite color--blue.  The blue octopus is a magnet, and the purple octopus is adhered with an Action Wobble spring.

Nina's last project is a set of candy gift holders she made for her nieces and nephews...Yummy!

Hello, Bloggers

Our names are Phillip and Nina.  Our mom, Jen, has  a crafting blog, Honeybean Creations.  We love to craft with her, and we asked her to make a blog for us to show our creations.  We are not sure how often we will post here, but we will post once in a while and enter some challenges, too!
